Sound License
YOUR TRACKS
ARE YOURS.
With SMPLER Pro, the music you make with SMPLER belongs to you. Release it anywhere, with no royalties to pay. The only thing you can’t do is pass on the sounds themselves.

The short version
Play it, record it, finish it in your DAW, release it, earn from it. Just don’t sell or share the loops on their own.
The sounds
What this license covers
“The Sounds” are the factory loops and sounds included in SMPLER. They were produced by Ludovic Billard (Vendi), who remains their owner. This page explains how you may use them.
With SMPLER Pro
What you can do
- Use the Sounds in your own music, alone or mixed with other material.
- Export your mix and stems, and finish your tracks in any music software.
- Release that music anywhere: labels, download stores, streaming, radio, live sets, videos and social media.
- Earn money from it. No royalties, no fees, no credit required — a “Made with SMPLER” is always appreciated.
- Music you recorded while subscribed stays cleared forever, even if you stop your subscription.
Without SMPLER Pro
You may play the Sounds in the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Limits
What you can’t do
- Sell, share or give away the Sounds on their own, as they are or lightly edited — for example in a sample pack, a loop library or a construction kit.
- Use the Sounds to train or improve an artificial intelligence model.
- Register the Sounds on their own with a content identification system, such as YouTube Content ID.
Your own sounds
SMPLER claims no rights over the files you import. You are responsible for having the right to use them.
