SOMETHING NOT WORKING?
SMPLER is built and maintained by one person. Write, and you get an answer from the person who wrote the code — not a ticket number.

Tell us what happened, what you expected, and which device you are on. A screenshot or a short screen recording usually saves a whole exchange.

Before you write
I bought Pro but the app still shows me as free
Open Menu → Restore. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase, and make sure you are signed in to the App Store on that device. Subscriptions follow the Apple ID, not the device.
If it still does not unlock after a restore, write with the Apple ID region and the date of purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by SMPLER. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Everything you already recorded stays yours and stays on your device.
My samples are not where I expected them
SMPLER sorts what you import on its own. If you want to decide where a file lands, prefix its name — drum_, bass_, percussion_, synth_, modular_, vocal_, and bd_ hh_ cl_ for the solo drum loops.
The same list is in the app, under Sample Bank → NAMING.
Which audio files can I import?
WAV and the usual iOS audio formats, 44.1 kHz. You can bring them in one by one, as a whole folder, as a ZIP archive, or over Wi-Fi from a computer on the same network — all four live in Menu → Sample Bank.
How do I back up my projects?
Open Menu → Backup. It writes a backup through the iOS Files app, so you can keep it in iCloud Drive, on a drive, or wherever you like. Menu → Restore brings it back.
Do this before you change phone or reinstall the app. Projects live inside the app, and deleting the app deletes them.
The app is in English only
Yes, for now. Other languages are planned for a later version.
Something crashed, or a sound is wrong
Write, and say which screen you were on and what you touched last. Bugs found by people who play live are the ones that get fixed first.
